What will I receive?
Each level is an illustrated PDF ebook. The Complete 12-Week Dog Training Programme includes all three level ebooks. Nothing is posted to you.
How do I download my guide?
After checkout you get a link to download your file. If you bought the Complete Programme, you'll get all three PDFs.
Can I read the files on my phone?
Yes. PDFs open on most phones, tablets and computers. On a phone, save the file to your Files or Books app so you can find it again easily. You can also print the pages at home.
I can't find my download
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Brilliant Dog Co. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and the email address you used, and we'll help you get your files.
What if a file won't open or seems faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. If a file is faulty or isn't as described, we'll put it right, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
The programme
Which level should I start with?
Each level covers four weeks of the 12-week programme. Start with Level 1: Beginner (Weeks 1–4) if your dog is new to training. Move to Level 2: Intermediate (Weeks 5–8) if your dog can already sit, down, stay and come when called at home. Level 3: Advanced (Weeks 9–12) is for dogs aged 12 months or older with a reliable stay, recall and loose lead in public.
Will it work for every dog?
The guides use kind, reward-based methods and clear steps, but results depend on your dog, your practice and your circumstances, and aren't guaranteed. The guides are not a substitute for a vet or a qualified behaviourist, especially for fear, anxiety or aggression.
